Hey hey!!!

How cum no one write blog here liao.. Looks like everyone seems to forget about this le... Haha...

I realised that this year, we all seldom meet up other than each other birthday celebration.. I understand that Nowadays, everyone are so busy with their own stuffs.. Some are still schooling , some are busy with their workload n some1 is in NS.. And so, our gathering really become fewer and fewer, almost like once in 2 mths time...

As for now, only left Evine alone working in Mac... So we all also seldom meet up late nite for supper or Slack at Mac middle of the nite...
When I looks back at all those photos that we all took togethers, it's really brings back lots of memories in my mind... Look at those photos, I will be laughing and laughing...

Really miss the days with you guys!! Let's us meet up soon, and so we can also capture more memories in our photos....

Hilda's hatha Yoga Lesson

I went for my first yoga lesson!! wuuhuu!! Excited about it, and guess what?! I was in the lift with my teacher, and i do not know he is my teacher, i stilll squeeze my way through him getting out of the lift, cause i wore my short in yet to change to track pant. -.-!!
So when i change and entered the dance room(where the yoga is being practise), BEST! I put my thing and I didnt realise I am blocking one of the auntie view of herself through the mirror.

hiLda in her heart :" damn, i am so paiseh, in front of the class. -.-!! "
Auntie suddenly :" Xcues me, if you dun mind can move abit, i wan to see the mirror."
hiLda : "oh okay. sorry"

DAMN PAISEH CANS!!!
Then the teacher thought us the breathing method, I tot it will be the same as what I have posted in this blog before, but it seems not! HAHA!

Hilda damn powerpac, simply thinking that YOGA is simple. Then the teacher taught the class this step that got alot of combination. I forgot what is the name, and hiLda CANNOT MAKE IT! The posture I made, my leg and hand got the stretching feeling! LET ME HIGH CANS!! PAIN SIOL! (The stretching feel is so like my chinese dance practise feel!!)

This is one of the pose in that combination let me suffered is this:

My hands and legs cannot full go on floor, then I peek around, most of the aunties can make it siol! Damn sad case, I CMI SIA!
Then I tell myself :" woah that it lahz!! The auntie can make it , I cant be like cannot make it one lahz!! "

Then the teacher taught us afew more things like this :

Woah I damn happy when I can do this perfectly. SO happy. I CAN BALANCE SIOL!! HAHAH!
this need concentration can. I did failed once, one time only hor!! But when i concentrate, I did it nicely and perfect, the teacher walk pass smile smile at me. then I am like :" wooo huuu!! swweeee larhs! "

And something like this :

Shock man! I can do this!! HAHAHA! straight straight, the students behind me some cannot master this, then the teacher ask them to look at my posture cause i am just infront. Then it seem like my pose the is best. Then i was like so nervous. They looked at me. I appear calm, but my heart was saying :" knn. pain can . the stretching feel damn irritating can!! teacher can pls move forward anot!! this position is killing me!! nbz."

These are some of the think I have learnt, It is fun. End of the lesson this is the advice from the teacher.
Teacher : "If u think that after this lesson you are feeling uncomfy, maybe this yoga do not suit you. There are other yoga, maybe you will be more comfortable with it. blah blah blah. Any question?"

Class: "no one answered"
hiLda in her heart:" huh, i got the stretch feel is it normal or not?! but if i ask, i am like asking stupid question. =.=!! "

Teacher : "ok we can end it here! byebye!"
All the students packing bag and stuff and I pack damn fast and want go out of the room liao, just nice saw the teacher near me, so i ask, the teacher said :" oh yes, it is perfectly normal, cause you are stretching your legs and hands, and in order for you to feel relaxed! This yoga can help you in term of body and mind, for student, it can help with your brain to be opened up and absorbs more..
hiLda :" oh okay, thank you. bye. *smile.smile* (In my heart: I studied Complementary and alternative medicines, so i know what yoga can help with ^^m)"

From the facial expression , i think the teacher is so happy that i ask him question. haha!! but he did help me with his answer! i'm so happy!! ^^,
Finally, I do something I alway wanted to. hehehs!!

Some Breathing Technique you can work on.

Hey cliques, I am currently reading "Her World" and I came across this article.

Have you ever reached home after a long day at work taken a deep breath and realised it's the first one you've had all day?
Breathing is so basic you'd think it should come naturally and easily, but most of us do not do it properly. Considering how beneficial proper breathing is to our well being, maybe it's time to pay attention to how we inhale and exhale!

When you're stressed and relax.
Deep Breathing:
Sit in a comfortable position on a chair or on the floor, with your spine straight. Lean Back against the chair or wall if you need to.
Close your EYES and relax your FACE,NECK and SHOULDER.
Rest your hand on your lap.
Exhale slowly through the nose until you lung are empty.
Then Inhale through your nose ( you will feel the expand of your ribcage) until at least 20times.
Focus on releasing Tension ,anxiety and stress as you breathe out and think of something positive as you breathe in (but I just think of nth. HAHA! ).

When you're angry and want to calm down.
Cooling Breathing:
Sit or Stand upright with your shoulders relaxed,clench(bite) your teeth and inhale and exhale through your MOUTH.
This sucking motion creates a cooling breathe.
Repeat until you feel calm.

When you are tire and you need to be Energized
Diaphragmatic Breathing:
Sit straight in a chair or stand up. place your hand on your RIBS and Inhale deeply through your NOSE. You should feel that your ribs cage expanding sideways and toward front and back.
Exhale SLOWLY through pursed lips as though you're trying to purge your lungs of the air. This exercise gets air into the lower lobes of the lung a section that often underutilised (not used as much as expected).
Repeat until you feel energised.

When you're frazzled and want to focus
Bhramari Breathing:
Sit in a comfortable position on a chair or on the floor, with your spine straight. Lean Back against the chair or wall if you need to.
Exhale completely through the nose to empty the lungs.
Inhale slowly and deeply through the nose.
Exhale through the NOSE (keeping the mouth closed), while making a humming sound in the throat as you breathe out.
Repeat at least 20 times.

For those who are working and studying, try this. This helps!
And for those who are slacking at home or waiting for NS, learn it, so next time can use!! HAHAH!

hey guys.We all know that we alway having problem sms-ing, Planning for outing, All we need in a yes or no, which is kinda tough to get at times.
If nt, there are problems like wanna tell everyone the event but only send to some of the peopleto get them pass down,but they didnt.
So to solve it.
This is the relay system. Approved?

HEY peoples! It’s being a tiring weekdays. And we have not met for like ages, although we are going to meet up on 29th November 09 for the trip to zoo. But as I said, it is a tiring days; shall we meet up for some HARDCORE exercise?! Shall we swim at RP on one of the weekend?

Due to Mr.Han and Jing's baby birthday, So I decided to change the date. Make it on 21st that day! Shall we watch movie after that? Everyone is it ok?

Hey hey!!

Sorry to let you all disappointed. I didn’t pass my TP(traffic police test).
Thank to a Honda gold colour car. Do not ever buy Honda gold colour car ok!! i promise i will scratch it. Here the Exam situation.

8.15am: When i was driving for warm up, i was calm. No fear no nothing. (Maybe abit? but can't see one)
Then I drive to an zebra crossing, my instructor told me : got pedestrian, stop the car.
but I wasn't listen to him clearly, until he brake the car for me. (phEw, it is warm up only)
Everything is smooth, warm-up ended, i when to the waiting area (I believe huini’s know where it is.), waiting for the tester to call for my name to go for the test.

9.15am: My name was called. Happily go to the car and do my driving test.
In the circuit, I was deducted 14 point
4 - Vertical parking. Not check rear mirror.
4-horizontal parking not checking bind spot.
6- Lane change in bend.

Out on Road.
Not bad arhx.!! Route 5. Chicken feet! hahsh. No la.. Normal lo.. No fear. trying my best.
No point was deducted and soon i am going to finish my exam. Until one T junction with a stop line. No car. Swee la! 2 more turn back to my school (where i end my test)
i stopped my car (stop line ma), wanted to go off, a lorry was just stopped beside me, i was careless for not double checking and move off. When I move off, the lorry turn left, i turning towards the right. So a Honda car GOLD colour. Dashing over at 120km/h or more. I immediately E BRAKE! , eyes open damn big! The instructor pull my handbrake immediately too! Then i know i sure fail. i keep saying sorry sorry, to who I dunno, i just say sorry. Due to the immediate failure, i sian half, and make 2 turning back to school reluctantly. But before that, the instructor over pull the handbrake, therefore, i cannot move my car. and i cannot push the handbrake down, told the instructor, but he say have to pull up and push the button, but i have no strength to do it. I tried for a few time before i manage to do it and move my car.
FINE! Immediate Failure. When i turn to my lane i wanted, i saw the gold car stopped in front at the traffic light (was red at first) , then the traffic light turn green, and the car was not move at the fast speed! (fuck!) angry!.

So i make my ways back to the school, i turn at the traffic light, then make a left turn again, but my car goes jerky jerky , since it is like fail for fuck drive nicely right?!. When coming to turning, by right have to step brake, slow down the speed then turn, i turn then step brake. Then back to the school. Stopped the car, handover, totally no mood. Then i stopped y car, release brake, Put my gear to neutral, turn off engine. I forgot to pull handbrake. SO, the tester started to nag at me. I turned off my ear. Fail liao still say so much.

9.45am i guess. I was back to the waiting room, the tester come in passed me a paper. I failed. I knew. Then he say where i did not do well. So i asked him if i have to keep the paper, he say:" ya, for reference. Anyway, you are daring which is good, but you are not careful enough, in the sense that bindspot did not check that why you get a Immediate failure."

That's how i get my I.F.
Angwi (aka angry). hahas. It's my fault for not checking properly. too bad. my next test will be on june.
Was sad for that day, it my best birthday gift. thank to Honda car.
So, next time do not ask me why i fail, ask huini. if not my angwi angwi all come out. HAHAS!

why not we go n book a court
at either fuchun or marsiling cc ??
other thn tis 2 , gt anymore suggestions of whr to play ??__________
we cn book a court about 1-2 hrs depend on the
